Special Features Of The Package
"Glassworks" is a unique CD which tackles the issue of glass recycling through activities related to the National Curriculum. Its purpose is to raise awareness of how we can all improve our own recycling habits.
By providing children with enjoyable interactive games and appropriate supplementary material which reward success, British Glass tries to show the subject of glass recycling in an original and fun manner.
Potential for Use
Apart from using the Package for its main purpose of promoting the recycling of glass, there are potentially a wide scope of activities which can be expanded to cater for the individual needs of a school, a class, a student or even a whole community - limited only by the time available to carry out the varied possibilities Glassworks can bring into the classroom.
The needs of both teachers and pupils have been carefully considered when compiling the package which British Glass is offering to inform infant, junior and primary schools.
Its presentation is lively, colourful and interactive while still maintaining its important underlying message.
